I have just attended the deep tissue oil massage. It was the first time ever I had a massage and Pen was was so good I will be back for sure! The recent 1 star review must be a mistake! Seriously! Full hour of pamper and relaxation that is worth any money!

Therapist was over 30 minutes late, and when she finally arrived, complained to me for booking when she was so busy (even though she accepted the appointment?). She then moaned about how incompetent the other therapist is throughout the massage, which made for a very uncomfortable and unrelaxing experience. In the end she tried to charge me more than the amount agreed to when booking the appointment. She also tried to charge me a fee to use the card machine, and basically forced me to leave a tip.
