I already owned a Wellis Danube Swim spa but required advice regarding the swim tether. The manager Les was excellent. Very knowledgeable. Allowed to stay in the Danube spa and swim with and without a tether. Spa always heated and ready for a swim test. Highly recommended. No pushy sales team.
From the moment of entering the showroom to finally deciding to purchase the whole customer experience has been exceptional. The showroom is spacious, well presented and very clean. Les the site manager from the start was approachable, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The wet test as advised was well conducted. There was no hard sell feeling whatsoever. We have had Kilimanjaro hot tube now for two months, and all family absolutely love it😍Thank you to the fantastic Wellis Doncaster Team, especially Les for your help with our purchase and for your ongoing support and advice. I would certainly recommend a Wellis hot tube to anyone.
Just like to say a huge thank you to Les for helping us choose the right hot tub, Les was very welcoming when we visited the showroom and very informative. We were unsure of a couple of things when we got our tub but Les was always available to answer our questions even on his day off!
