Many Thanks to Sarah, Mike and the team at Wellington Wise St. Ives. A first class service, professional, communicative and responsive. No gimmicks, or hiding behind technology, they pick up the phone, talk to you and tell you what's going on. I highly recommend them.
Terrible agent. They told us less than 24 hours before we were due to move in that the house wasn't ready, making us homeless. 3 days before that, they guaranteed the house would be ready and that we could move in. Mostly the idiot landlord's fault, but they could have checked rather than making promises they couldn't possible keep. Not sure how this is allowed with no consequences in this day and age Very disappointing. No stars, but Google insist on putting something.

We would definitely recommend anyone to sell/buy a property with Wellington Wise. Simon (Burdett) came to our house and immediately knew he had someone on their books who would like our house. He brought them for a viewing and they offered straight away! We were kept informed through the whole process and all went smoothly. Excellent service x
