I would not recommend WellingtonWise Letting Agents based on my recent experience. Throughout the end of my tenancy, I was subjected to unnecessary pressure, poor communication, and what I believe was unprofessional behaviour from both Hermione and Robin. Despite my willingness to communicate, offer a payment plan, and resolve rent arrears reasonably (including offering an upfront lump sum), my proposals were dismissed without genuine consideration. Darren Honey and his team were very professional and pragmatic in assisting in the sale of our property. They made useful suggestions to get the deal over the line and any issues were put into perspective to the potential buyer.

I found a property via Rightmove and arranged a viewing, which was conducted by the lovely Jess. She was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions — no complaints at all. After my offer was accepted, my case was handed over to Darren. Unfortunately, this is where the experience deteriorated. Communication was extremely poor — Darren was frequently “away from his desk”, rarely returned calls, and ignored multiple emails. Lucy Rushton showed my wife and I around a property near Meldreth on 2 occasions. Lucy was extremely personable and helpful during these viewings. On both occasions we had questions that required further investigation. Lucy true to her word found the information and passed it on to us. Great service

After a whole year of trying two other agents to sell my house, WellingtonWise sold my house in a matter of weeks! Lucy in particular was proactive in approaching me and marketing the house. She was considerate, honest and communicative and clearly did an excellent job in showing the house to the buyers. WellingtonWise have an impressive knowledge of the local housing market. Their drone photographs of my house helped greatly in showcasing the location and views surrounding the property. Highly recommended.
