I would not recommend WellingtonWise Letting Agents based on my recent experience. Throughout the end of my tenancy, I was subjected to unnecessary pressure, poor communication, and what I believe was unprofessional behaviour from both Hermione and Robin. Darren Honey and his team were very professional and pragmatic in assisting in the sale of our property. They made useful suggestions to get the deal over the line and any issues were put into perspective to the potential buyer.
I found a property via Rightmove and arranged a viewing, which was conducted by the lovely Jess. She was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions — no complaints at all. After my offer was accepted, my case was handed over to Darren. Unfortunately, this is where the experience deteriorated. Communication was extremely poor — Darren was frequently “away from his desk”, rarely returned calls, and ignored multiple emails.
