I am always treated with the utmost care, concerns and respect. When you show up in the ER at 4am in terrible pain, this kind of attitude sure help's put your mind at ease. Not every body is like Dr Nicholas Sama, his assistant Joe, and their amazing team, but they sure try, and that is acceptable enough for me!!
