This hospital has the rudest ER staff I have ever met. They are unprofessional and cold. They are extremely aggressive and mean. The nurses sit around and gossip and don’t do their jobs in this ER. It is also very dirty and cold. Stay away from this place.

I cannot believe how horribly I heard staff (a nurse) speak/yell at a patient. How about transferring or discharging patients you can't provide any help for when family and others can do a better job? How did this place pass a JCAHO audit? Abysmal. I'm a Licensed Psychologist and have woprked inpatient, outpatient, day treatment, etc. This is the worst care I have EVER seen, and that includes the psych unit of a federal penitentiary in NY State!
