RecommendedBest Maternity Ward in Palm Beach County! The nurses and staff support moms wishes and see it flow through to the end. Can’t recommend them enough!
People who work there really care about your health and well being. However there are always the few that do not care about you and just there for their paycheck, but the good thing is there are always people coming around asking you how everything is giving you the opportunity to to make things right🤒

My father was a patient here in 2017 he suffered a stroke, the staff and hospital all around were wonderful then. Today June 15,2019 he is here again and the staff and the hospital doctor are horrible. They have no skills at all and have no clue how to treat a sick patient. Very disappointed!!!! Not sure if the reason this hospital has lost it’s touch has anything to do with their whole new administration!!!
Emergency room is horrible. Nurses turned us away because they had “no beds” & couldn’t do anything for us, as my mother is saying she can not breathe. Not even get her some oxygen or water just simply said there is nothing they can do for her. Didn’t even check her vitals. Another lady came in right after , 96 years old & couldn’t breathe. They sent her away too. Unbelievable.
I can’t express how amazing this hospital is. I just moved down not even 3 days from Ga and my water broke. I wasn’t due for 6 more weeks. I was so scared. The nurses from the beginning were so comforting and at my every need. I had a c section and my baby had to be in the NICU for being premature. I was terrified. All of the nurses in the NICU were AMAZING!! always updating me, helping me through this new process. The nurses who really went above and beyond in the NICU for me were Cheryl and Lily. Parking is horrible, emergency room is horrible, the staff is the most unfriendly people. The staff is very extremely slow. I was told by many people the same thing about this hospital but I didn't listen. Now I experienced it for my self. I would never come back to this hospital referred anybody or bring my loves ones.
I’m highly upset with this hospital!!!! As I’m walking out the door to head to labor and delivery for a planned induction. They call me literally an hour before my expected time of arrival to cancel because they are “under staffed” 😡 I’ve been mentally preparing for this since I found out about it didn’t get any sleep because I was so nervous!!!!
