RecommendedQuick service, I was in an exam room within 1 minute of entering building. The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all friendly and professional. Diagnosed, prescription written and checked out in about 15 minutes. I will definitely come here again if needed.

RecommendedThe check in people were very helpful and the pre op nurses were top notch. The recovery room nurses need to be a little more attentive. There were a few there that seemed to be talking on their cell phones on personal calls.

Being a first time mom, I was nervous about the birthing process. My OB is great and I'm glad she delivers here. EVERY nurse, doctor, medical staff member we had was amazing!!! L&D and postpartum. They were very helpful and made sure I understood everything that was happening every step from check-in to discharge and making sure we ordered our meals. RecommendedI received the best care I have ever gotten at a hospital at Wellington. I was treated like royalty! Facility was clean and in excellent condition. I cannot begin to say how wonderful the nurses were. I felt like my own family members were looking after me. THANK YOU so much!
RecommendedI delivered here on 1/8/2021 I was treated with decency and respect. my nurse for my labor was Amber and she is soooooo attentive and amazing. She listened to my needs and was so kind to us!!

They were extremely understaffed! They also all lacked compassion for all and every one of my problems. I thought had a UTI and was left to sit in my own pee filled pads. There was a couple of staff members that went above and beyond. But the overnight skeleton crew was very cold and disconnected. Then when I finally got released, after having a major spine surgery, I was let go with no pain medicine for the night and next day.
