They could do a full job the first time! I was treated yesterday for a fall. The ER staff examined my head and determined there was no concussion. BUT only a cursory X-Ray was done for my shoulder. I did not see a doctor and the ER Tech Kimberly did not put the sling on properly. I returned home and passed out from the pain (tried to get out of bed). How about not telling your patients it's up to them to track down doctors affiliated with the hospital, who you never even met, to correct orders which resulted in incorrect billing?! 4 months after spending 1 night in hospital, resulting in $115k bill and still getting the same run-around. You're right around the corner from my home and I chose some of my specialists because they practice there; realizing I need to choose others now.

The hospital is clean and the staff is friendly. The only issue I had was that the left hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing
The hospital may be good but the ER department is not. Second time here. First time two years ago was a six hour trip. So far tonight, two hours in the waiting room and yet to be called back.
I love the staff, they were very prompt taking me back, very friendly and explained everything they were doing. The beds are surprisingly amazing lol
