Nurses and staff where wonderful. The dr seen me for 2 min. Hardly addressed my injury. Left in more pain then when I arrived and pain is worst today. I won’t recommend or return.

Had surgery there last week. From start to finish it was a positive experience. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and professional. Treated me with care. Thank you to everyone there continuing to do your job in such an uncertain time.

Kristina literally went in for a finger fracture, overheard one of the nurses say “was hoping it was broken” as if they were betting. childish staff, awful hospital overall. -10/10 recommend.

Went to ER At Westlake in Loxahatchee- absolutely best hospital experience I’ve ever had - staff was caring and kind, facility was clean and they made me feel so comfortable in my pain and fear.
