RecommendedI went in for an anterior left hip replace ment on a Tuesday, had the operation, went to recovery and then my room. Everyone was so professional, kind and helpful. I was starving and was brought a tasty, filling dinner tray. P Therapy came in and we started walking. She gave me tips which I appreciated!! The next day I had a delicious breakfast with an orchid blossom for beauty, PT took me to the gym and we did exercises. I went to West Lake last night, I was light headed and dizzy , I suffer from chronic sinusitis , I told the Dr., earlier that day I had chest pains but knew they were gas related as I drank soda and they went away. The shortness of breath was due to could not breath through the nose. The doctor only heard chest pains and shortness of breath, they did an EKG it was perfect , they ran labs to see if I had a heart attack, they were perfect. er in west lake was great. very nice staff my mom had excellent service they called the nxt day to see how she was .likewise they called me the nxt day.it wasn't busy but I am sure once people remember there is a er in west lake it will get busy
Everything & everyone that assisted me! My surgeon, Dr. Hart, the nurses the P.T., Brian...even the food, although I didn't eat much. My healing is going better than I imagined. TY
This was a very nice hospital. Ultra clean and staff was awesome. Level of care was top notch. Dr. Zaved is the most caring, compassionate doctor I have ever had. His commitment to his patients goes above and beyond. Great combination. Wellington Rehional and staff and Dr. Zaved.
This ER is great. Social distancing and masks are practiced and the facility is safe. The nurses and doctors are friendly and helpful. The facility is very efficient. They were concerned about my problem and I saw a doctor quickly. Tests were ordered and done without delay. Was there about 2 1/2 hours and left with tests results, medication and advice. Thank you Wellington ER!
