Both my mother and I had to go to ER during the same week. My mother was transported by rescue and later on was confirmed she had a heart attack. She couldn’t stop expressing her gratitude for the attention she received from the staff. I went to ER yesterday with a vasovagal episode and staff worked very diligently. I have never been to an ER that works so fast. I was very grateful they discharged me fast because I recently had surgery and didn’t want to expose myself to the virus. Thank you for everything. Went to ER 8/12/20 about 6:30 am. MY mother had been suffering from severe stomach pain and hadn’t eaten or drank for about 2 weeks. Although staff was nice she was discharged stating fatigue and was never hooked up to an IV. Discharge papers stated some bloodwork and urine analysis. She never gave any urine and she was tested for Covid and released 3 hrs later. Mom said they gave her a shot of something which wasn’t mentioned in the discharge papers n or to me.

Let me start by saying I prefer to share this info with hospital staff directly, not social media. However, the Contact Us form is not working, the Messages is only form frequent FAQs and I cannot find an email address anywhere. Makes you wonder if they really do want patient feedback. If you have Celiac, be very proactive as the outpatient staff does not have a clue. The ER doctor saw me within 8 minutes from arrival, then I sat there for about 25 minutes before the action started. All of a sudden, poof, I was out and gone.
