RecommendedLate last night I had to take my son into the ER. The A++ care he received from Dr James Rodriguez and Nurse Caitlin B. were exceptional. Keeping me informed every step of the way. Rounding on his needs and comfort every 15 minutes. I’ve never felt more at ease waiting for test results then I did last night. Thank you both for taking care of my little man so well.

My doctor was the best nurses were great the only problem was the waiting for surgery I waited more than six hours that was the only downfall

Very disappointing experience from admin level/primary dr/nurses! There was a complete breakdown of communication and poor care. His care was completely mismanaged. My 82 year old father was discharged to a rehab center and 5 days later ended up at a different hospital in ICU/CC for 8 days. That says it all! Thank you to JFK North CC Unit for saving my dad's life! Never, never again!!!!!

The staff was knowledge, gentle and very supportive. They were very thorough in preparing for your safety. They were very prompt in preparing me for surgery.
My husband and I were recently in an auto accident and elected not to go to the ER because we'd be there all night. We walked in the ER at Westlake and were taken back immediately. We were treated professionally and pleasantly. I was very impressed.
