Recently broke my ankle, and the folks at the ER at Westlake really made the best of a bad situation. First bone I ever broke, and at 55 years old I was a little freaked out. They were understanding and kind to both me and my family. The doctor and nurses treated me quickly and kept me calm. The staff was professional, kind, thorough, yet expedient. Very happy I chose to go to the ER at Westlake, and glad to know we have such a wonderful team of Health professionals servicing the Western communities of Palm Beach County.

I’m a 75 year old guy, 2 weeks into COVID and feeling worse daily. Decided to get myself checked out to make sure I wasn’t getting into trouble. Checked into WRMC around noon on Tuesday. They made me very comfortable, everyone was kind and patient, and very thorough. Left around 5 PM, very assured as to how I was progressing. The doctor, the nurses, everyone did an excellent job in the face of such tumult around this virus. I thank them so much for their excellent care!

I had a very nice nurse that went a mile and a half to make me feel better the time I was waiting and even after the surgery she stay there with me until I was sent home and she was over the limit of her time.Kudos to that hospital.
I had to go to the Emergency Room this past Sunday. The staff couldn't have been nicer. I tend to get very anxious, and everyone couldn't have been nicer. Excellent team. My many thanks to all of you.

Do not go here, do not let your loved ones go here. They are murderers. They will strip you of your dignity & rights as a patient, do to you as they please, especially delaying help & tests, or in my father's case not monitoring you post surgery then helping you back to bed when found on the floor of the bathroom as opposed to check for an injury, notify a Dr or send the patient for scans to check for internal injuries or stroke. Worst hospital & staff ever, this place should be closed.

First time going to the hospital for surgery on two hammer toes on my left foot. The experience was great. The nurse Sonia was absolutely excellent and my Dr. Jasmine Cruz was also excellent. During my stay before and after everyone else were very professionals and made my stay and recovery ran very smooth. I really appreciated every second I spent there under their care. The hospital is super clean, I volunteer there in the post maternity ward so I know first hand. Thank you everyone!
