Worst experience ever! I brought my daughter in because she told me she was hearing voices. The next morning I get a call from the psychiatrist screaming at me because I didn’t know the extent of her mental state. I was belittled, demeaned, and yelled at by a man who’s only met my child for five seconds. This was the first time I’ve ever had to do this. instead of being met with kindness and respect I was verbally attacked and called a bad parent I’m so many words. I will never bring my child back here. EDIT: I spoke to pati... read more

I received excellent care during my stay there both from doctors and nurses. Room was always clean as was my bed. I was comfortable during the placement of a heart stint. That area also gave me excellent care. Very pleased with total experience.

Business response:

Your compliments and supportive comments are great to hear, Ann! Thank you for your kind words and we hope you are doing well. Take care!

This is the WORST hospital!!I wouldn’t even bring my dogs to you! Pretty pathetic you have to tell the staff how and what to treat their patient with so they can have a fighting chance! Sadly our father passed away in your hospitals “care”. I wouldn’t call it care as I feel your facility lacks that! We had ONE good Nurse who would communicate with our family the entire time our father was there! ONE! We demanded a call from a medical doctor everyday and NEVER received it! We were told doctors were too busy, or didn’t have ti... read more

The team was very attentive to my needs when I had to go ER. I was impressed with the innovative ways they got things done in spite of lack of rooms.

Business response:

Thank you for sharing, Patty! We appreciate it and hope you are well. Take care!

Horrible hospital. Very unprofessional, rude and dismissive. They do not care or listen to their patients. When you have ongoing medical conditions they blow it off, refuse to treat it and try to push you out the door. They try everything they can to refuse you treatment. They are unethical and immoral. I would not let them work on a dead cat much less a living breathing human being.

Business response:

Hi, Cody. Your comments are very concerning to us and we'd like to follow up with you directly to learn more. At your convenience, please send us a direct message with your contact information, as well as the best time to reach you. In the meantime, we have forwarded your comments along. Thank you and we hope to hear from you soon.

I have lupus and I went in because I wasn’t feeling well.. I don’t think I was treated for what I came on for... the doctor tried to make it covid related just because I said I was fatigued m last time I checked lupus does make you fatigued they ran blood tests and a chest X-ray and sent me On my way our health system is failing big time these doctors and nurses are overwhelmed and seems like they don’t even care if it’s not covid related

Business response:
