Came in with severe pain over eye, ( symptoms were same as aneurysm, was never seen by a Dr, only a PA. Didn’t check pupils or give an exam, without even examining me wanted to give me tramadol (pain med) also wanted to start an IV, I declined both pain meds and IV. Did get a cat scan, and was ok. What if it was a stroke or Aneurysm? 2hrs spent there for nothing.

Hospital care and service was not up to par, hospital was dirty in the ER.
This use to be a great hospital. But after my visit on 12/21/2020 I noticed its not the same hospital. The doctors and nurses don't listen to the patients, they give meds for something you didn't even come in for. I went in for a back ache, numbness in my legs and bottom for 2 weeks. The doctor does a ct scan (took 2 hours to get test done) on my appendix and then tells me I have a UTI even though I didn't complain about urinating. RecommendedOutpatient surgery yesterday. The Staff and Nurses were amazing! The facility was very clean and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I would not hesitate to have another procedure at Spring Valley! Thank You for your wonderful care.

very disappointed with this Hospital. I was at the emergency room on Sunday around 7:30 pm with Covid sintoms, after almost 4 hours of being outside waiting on a very cold night 45° they sent me home around 1am and they told me that they will let me know the results of the Covid test, it's already Thursday and I haven't received any information about it, I called and went online and Nothing. at this moment I really don't know what else to do. very bad experience
