RecommendedThe ER staff were friendly, caring, and really took their time with me! Even though they were swamped, overworked, and underpaid, the staff I encountered put their patients first and did it with a smile!

hire all new staff, rude horrible nursing staff and dr. staff in covid 19 section. refused to give me their name to report them to Administration. Called Administrator and cant get a phone call back to complain. I left and now will be calling my medical insurance to try and deny payment for their horrible service. Will never go back to that incompetent hospital.
RecommendedExcellent experience at ER on Cimmaron in SW. Dr.Rauish (?) was thorough and compassionate. His staff beginning with Don at intake, Chase my nurse, Erica with insurance and the CT tech (sorry, forgot his name) were professional, skillful, and kind. I will highly recommend this ER facility. Oh, and when they say 4 minute wait time they mean it! Thank you!
