Last week I was having severe pains in the left side of my abdomen that was getting worse by the day. I went to the Wellington Regional Medical Center ER and could not have been happier with the wonderful service, from triage to the valet parking attendant. The doctor was amazing, along with the nurse, ordered blood work and a CT scan, and I was given the proper meds via IV for a couple of hours then sent home with the prescriptions. I went to Wellington Regional in May for severe pain in hip and being unable to bear weight. They were rude and the dr barely looked at me. They treated me like as I was a drug addict just there for pills. They diagnosed me with Sciatica and gave me ibuprofen. They just handed me papers and said I was discharged. They didn't offer me a wheelchair or anything. I had to hang on to my husband and drag myself back to the car. Well I didn't have Sciatica I have metastatic breast cancer that is in my hip.
