I have been calling since 9am this morning to get an update on my dad and every time I call I get the run around.

nobody answers the phone, even during office hours. everyone plays tennis with whos job it is to actually speak with you or give you results. wish somebody gave more of a crap about peoples health. seems like an important job to give to snooty over glorified desk clerks that dont care.

RecommendedThe ER staff qere all very friendly. Cecilia(I think was her name) who sutered me up was amazing! Her bedside manner were bar none. I witnessed her intereact with RNs as well as other patients in the lobby and she was super friendly to everyone. The nurses were also all very friendly and helpful.

Bad experience, racist staff I watched a David at the Er front desk say something unacceptable about a black women he didn’t want to assist to another Staff member. I’m not surprise it’s just sad
