RecommendedThe nurses and staff were excellent. All professional and kind. From the nurses to housekeeping. The friendliest and most helpful ever. Not one single issue. The food was great-even had the dietitian come to my room. She was great, very informative about helping me with my diet. This the best hospital stay I have ever had. If not for the surgery and tremendous pain, it would have been like a mini vacation! My nurses, Judy- Colby and Joe were the best! They need a raise. I recommend Aiken over any where else!

RecommendedI recently visited the ER at Temecula Valley Hospital. They give the wait time on their website which was 8 minutes in my case. Everyone I came in contact with was kind, professional and thorough. After X-rays, they diagnosed my problem as cellulitis in my foot. They have me aftercare instructions and 2 prescriptions for the infection. I was in and out in about an hour and a half. I give them a 👍👍👍
The worst emergency room experience I have ever had in my life. I went there with a case of acute pancreatitis. I arrived at 9 AM, they ran tests on me, blood test ultrasound and MRI so they could easily determine that I was very very sick. At 1 o’clock pm after waiting for 4 hours, I asked the person at the desk how much longer it would be because I was in terrible pain and was told it would be 20 to 21 more hours before I could be seen. I get my bill after they had nobody available to sign me up for assistance and they labeled me as level 4 and level 5 on paperwork which is the highest levels of severity and by the time I walk out they told me they couldn’t find anything wrong yet my bill is treated as if I was a high risk patient!!!! Don’t go here unless you have thousands in your pocket bc they will label you as high risk to get their money even though they don’t find anything wrong in simple bloodwork and EKG!!

My father is currently hospitalized here for 6 days and I have only talked to his attending physician ONCE! I have placed multiple calls to Dr. Altine and have not received a call back. We are still wondering what the treatment plan is for my dad who had a stroke WHILE hospitalized here. We all kept telling them his face looked droopy on on side and he was super confused. RecommendedThe staffs were very nice n accommodating. They did all tests to discover the cause of my chest n back pains. The results are all negatives. No problem with my heart ❤️. The pain was only an arthritis. They treated it until the pain went away. They discharged me in the evening of the same day, November 20, 2020. Thank you so much.

RecommendedI had surgery at Spring Valley on 11/24/2020 and the staff was great. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I hope I never need surgery again, but if I do I will choose Spring Valley hospital.
