I Rang up at 13:45 and a lady picked up very aggressive and rude , I asked her a question about a phone number and she went to me why should I give you the number and which number should I give !! And I said do you’ll offer phlebotomy job roles and she she goes we don’t offer this job we as nurses do it . So we don’t need . And shut the call on my face . I have dealt with the staff here for a few years and have found both Michelle and Henry to be both professional and courteous at all times. They make sure they provide an excellent service as do all the staff at this facility.
