Dr hamza Hussain lovely doctor always has time for you very friendly caring but most of all he listen to you unlike some of the others who talk over you and just want to get you out as soon as possible if all the doctor there were as good it would be a great surgery. Also the reception that was on the front dest when they opened today very softly spoken and polite sorry name not known. A surgery i have been going to since 2011 Easy to get an appointment. They also have a surgery in Birstall
Had to come here from a different practice for a physio-therapy appointment. Staff were rude when checking me in, the receptionist basically wanted to interact with me in as few words as possible and every extra word was said as though it was physically painful for her to interact with me.
The entire staff is very good. It is easy to to get appointments to see the doctors. I am especially grateful to Dr. Feras Muhssin He takes very good care of the patient. All I can say is join this surgery and you will get the best care and respect for the patient.
Dr Hussain seen him just twice so far but he is my top Doctor at the surgery has alot of time for his patients and gets to the core of the problem. Thankyou
