Friendly staff providing a great service. Picked up my Cannondale cross bike yesterday after a speedy repair, meaning that I can now take my bike to Epping Forrest today 😀.They managed to get hold of a new mech hanger when no else seemed to be able to manage it, sorted a a broken chain, bent mech and wheel.
A great bike shop with knowledgeable staff and a great selection of bikes and accessories.
As a first time buyer of a road bike at the age of 54, I was made to feel extremely welcome. Darren gave me all the time needed to answer any "stupid" questions and I left with an amazing deal and a perfectly set up (by Ollie) Bianchi Via Nirone 7. I am absolutely delighted with the bike, made all the more pleasurable by a first class service, rarely experienced these days. Very well done guys, I have already recommended you to my new bike mates.
Being waiting 5 weeks for a simple repair not happy with the customer service not only will them but scott and madison to be honest It should of been sorted and returned to me in 2 weeks now 5 weeks in nearly 6 weeks and still nothing. Very disappointed .
