Had a lovely Indian head massage, including an initial consultation. Very calm and relaxing location. Alison was very attentive. Will definitely be returning!

Allison is an incredible reflexologist; warm, friendly, and knowledgeable in her craft. It takes a lot of hard work for me to relax and I feel completely comfortable in her Wellbeing Shed and easily drift off (which is rare for me!) 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to switch off, relax, and have excellent reflexology.
Such a lovely relaxing environment the cabin tucked away at the bottom of the garden. I had reflexology and it’s so relaxing and really makes me stop and be present. I always fall asleep and it’s perfectly what I need to help me unwind and not focus on everything else for an hour. I highly recommend a visit here.
I struggled with bad tension headaches for 6 weeks and finally saw the doc, whom prescribed Amitriptyline, which I did not want to take so I thought I’d try natural therapies….I’m very pleased to say I have had great results with Alison working on me with both Indian head massage, followed by foot reflexology and even the week following the first session I had only 2 mild headaches! 🙌 I am about to have my 4th session with Alison and my headaches have dramatically decreased and very mild.
