I was fortunate enough to have been gifted a lovely 90 minute ayurvedic pregnancy massage with Alison for my birthday. I'd never had an ayurvedic massage before, much less at 36 weeks pregnant, but she was so welcoming and instantly put me at ease. I have been lucky enough to have many Ayurvedic yoga massages with Alison. She is an incredibly intuitive and talented massage therapist, and the addition of the sound healing at the end of the treatments takes the experience to a whole other level. She is warm and caring and very knowledgeable and always helps me to resolve my aches and pains. I am exceptionally grateful to her for all of her help with my shoulders and neck, and for helping me to deeply relax
