I work there and I know most of the nurses and the receptionists at the front desk. They do everything in their power to get people in to see the doctor. It's a small clinic and due to the pandemic and now the flu is back, some people can't get to a doctor as quick as they want. They take it out on the ladies at the front desk and fall them incompetent, but it's not true. Those two ladies work hard every day trying to accommodate every single patient. When patients pile up, some will just have to wait.
