I and my family all are registered with welcome practice for 7 years. there would be small issues with appointment etc now and then but, over all service provided to the community is exceptional. All staff memebrs are great but, I once spoke to Dr Naz that Ms Louise and Dr Mr kumar are shining stars of welcome surgery both are amazing and exceptionally caring. Even my 9 year boy prefer Dr kumar. Thank you Ms Louise and Dr Mr Kumar. Taqwi and family

I have been registered with the Welcome Practice (formerly under Dr Kennedy & Dr Davis) for many years. From the onset this GP surgery has been fantastic and I feel that my review is well overdue - this is an absolutely excellent practice. There are so many staff that I would like to thank and acknowledge, some of which include Ahmed, Louise, Dr Ashgar, Parvin & Raman (there are many more but I don't know all their names). I would also like to commend Dr Manraj (locum).

I have a good experience with Welcome Practice for looking after me very well, Welcome Practice are excellent people, they are always caring for my health, each time I come them and explain my situation to them, they will quickly respond and I will be okay. They are service is very good from receptionist, healthcare assistant, nurses and Doctors, they were excellent staffs. Since, I registered with them and never had any issues, problems and complaints about them.

I’d like to share my appreciation for the surgery team. Louise, the practice manager, is fantastic—organised, approachable, and always helpful. The admin staff are efficient and friendly, and the GPs provide a high standard of care. Overall, it’s a well-run practice with a team that clearly cares about patients.
