Absolutely horrendous experience overall. From the 2 hour long irrelevant introductory voicemail before an option is presented. All the way to how I was "caller number 3" for 30 minutes. Efficiency is something that should be exercised but as I understand, the concept is alien here and the staff are most definitely underpaid to not care whatsoever.

Reception staff Raman is nice and very coperative.She always attend to patients in a positve attitude. She is the best staff from the staff.

Unfortunately, my experience with this GP practice has been quite disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my concerns in the hope that it leads to service improvements. It says welcome practice but Not welcoming at all. From the outset, communication has been a major issue. When I called to book an appointment in the morning, the receptionist began speaking in Hindi without first confirming whether I was comfortable with the language.
