Recommended by a neighbour Karl helpful and efficient. Sorted Adblue. An elusive warning light problem couldn't be fathomed. All lights working but warning light sometimes pops on. Bit like tyre pressure warning. Randomly lights but pressures fine!! Impressed as Karl was up front about not being able to resolve at that time as all lights were ok. Will return if problems arise.

I brought both my cars here, previously never had so much problems with any car as l look after my cars very carefully and have had to keep taking them back - until l decided something was wrong and l should go somewhere else to get the problems diagnosed. I found out what l was told was done and had been charged for (in the 1000s) was not done or done incorrectly. My dad took his BMW there to have the heating system looked at. The car was in their carpark for 2/3 days untouched. My dad called the garage & the reply was very rude & aggressive. The guy at welcome garage told my dad to get his “shit heap” car of his carpark.
