I have been registered with the surgery since 2017 and I have found they have always been responsive and arranged consultations around work. Today has been fantastic in feeling listened to and the GP being genuinely empathetic.
The surgery are very good at sending snotty text messages regards me making an appointment to check my bloods and heart rate but unfortunately can only offer morning appointments, unfortunately I work full time and can only get to the practice at evening time, something they don’t even offer even in November 2025 and when I phone the practice they are Closed for training!!! (Wednesday)
I have been here for 11 years now and have always had excellent help from everyone at the surgery. Sadly people only leave reviews if they are unhappy with something so the reviews will lean towards negative comments.
This is an appalling practice. The first come first serve to book an appointment is the first of many failures with this doctors. If you work full time, the chances of you getting an appointment are close to zero. And when you do manage to finally get one, you just get fobbed off. I have been with this surgery for 3 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else, the GP’s are always thorough, there to listen and give advice. The reception team are always so well mannered and empathetic. The midwifery support is amazing. This surgery is a model for the NHS.
