Had an oil change and tire rotation on my 2011 Yaris with 157,000 miles. As usual the service was excellent.
I had a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation from Weiss where I got my corolla. I firist called Ackerman Toyota because they are just 3 miles from my home to see if they would honor the coupons. They said they would match the oil change but not the tire rotation. So, I went to Weiss. So nice! Immediate service and a quick overview (reminding me to put on the license stickers). And, they reduced the price more. Thank you, Weiss!
I just bought a 2010 Toyota Rav4 from Weiss Toyota .It was the best sales experience I've had in buying a new or used car ! Staff was friendly & knowledgeable & no pressure. Even though Jeff Leonard had me sold on the car before I entered the sales room , Mike Collins was a great salesman & put things together . Made an appointment 1 week ago to replace the airbag inflator module...THE SAFETY recall....After receiving a letter that clearly said the service centers in our area have the parts available...Nobody even thought to reach out or call us and tell us they did not have the part in stock. I wasted my valuable time waking up early on a Saturday morning for no reason...We were not given a time frame on how long it takes to get the part in...They just said we will be called.....I tried to call and speak to the service manager...bu... read more
Absolutely do not finance your vehicle trough this dealership. They will give you a false sense of security about the GAP insurance they provide. The loan department assured me that in the event of a total loss the GAP would cover the balance. Not true, the loan department was not forthcoming about the actual stipulations of the GAP contract.
