Took my 2016 RAV4 in for it's first ToyotaCare Service. I felt welcomed and valued by Service Advisor Thomas Plager and the technician (sorry, don’t recall his name) who helped me connect my mobile phone to Bluetooth. Fortunate scheduling allowed me to be in and out in a very short time – not even time to finish a cup of coffee! The Toyota Experience at Weiss has been nothing but positive from purchase through this first service. PS: I LOVE my RAV4!!
My lease experience at Weiss was absolutely wonderful. From start to finish, it was handled smoothly. The entire staff was friendly and outgoing. It was a pleasure to work with Mike Collins and Casey Krebs- they were attentive and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my Highlander. Mike Cross in financing put together excellent lease terms AND he was the nicest finance guy I've ever worked with. We will definitely be going back to Weiss in the future!
I got my first Toyota car on Saturday and I have to say the whole experience was excellent , easy and I wasn't stressed at all thanks to my sales person Scott. Scott asked me what I wanted to get into a new car . I told him and he worked hard to get it for me and I walked out of there with an excellent experience. Thanks Scott

I absolutely loved my recent car buying experience with Weiss Toyota. Anthony S was just so wonderful, helpful, welcoming, knowledgeable and was interested in all questions and concerns I had! Financial wise, Micheal Cross was a delight to be around. He was to the extreme very helpful, he did everything in his power to please me with my new car purchase. I recommend anyone to visit Weiss Toyota for their car buying needs!!
Great experience at Weiss with Mike Collins. We have been dealing with Weiss now for years and have always had great service. Won't buy a toyota from anybody else. And have yet to have a toyota go for less than 200,000 miles.
