I WAS SOOO HAPPY WITH MY VISIT TO WEISS TOYOTA SERVICE DEPT THE OTHER DAY WITH BOB, I FEARED THE WORST AND HAD MULTIPLE THINGS TO DEAL WITH ON MY 2008 TOYOTA WITH 50,000 MILES. BOB WORKED THROUGH THE ENTIRE LIST OF POTENTIAL PROBLEMS AND TO MY SURPRISE, NO BIG DEAL AND NO BIG BILL. I WAS SOO DELIGHTED. I KNEW THE NEXT TIME I BUY A CAR, IT WILL AGAIN BE A TOYOTA. I dropped off vehicle for scheduled maintenance. Was greeted promptly by Thomas Plager. I received a call that the vehicle was ready. It was done one hour sooner than requested. Service Department has always been very prompt and efficient with our vehicles. And since the vehicle is a Toyota, I'm usually only there for scheduled maintenance. I've owned three Toyotas from Weiss (Camry, Corolla, and Rav4) and they never break down.
Everyone of the service men at Toyota are very pleasant, helpful, and prompt to make sure your vehicle is serviced as fast as it can and efficiently. Thomas is always the serviceman that helps get my car serviced. Tom is very helpful too and Dennis is always there to help. Of course, I tease them and joke around with them and we all laugh. I have been using Weiss Toyota service department since about 2007. A few days ago I went in for a tire rotation. Tom Coates in the service department is who I usually deal with. He always explains to me what they did and what I might need to be done on a future visit. He very courteous and personable. And I guess the biggest thing is that I trust him!

My car was stolen so I needed something fast and I was really stressed. I was having trouble getting a ride to Weiss and Brian Fiddleton came and picked me up which he didn't have to do. He was beyond helpful through the whole process including financing. I have nothing but good things to say about Brian and Weiss Toyota. Thanks for all the help and my awesome car!!!
