My sales consultant was Patrick Pyle. I asked to test drive 2 vehicles which he immediately agreed and explained all the details of each automobile. After the test drive I decided on the 2017 Rav 4. He quickly got me a great deal on the Rav 4. I couldn't be more pleased with Weiss Toyota and Patrick Pyle.
Everyone at Weiss Toyota was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in. My sales rep, Rock Meyers, was fantastic all the way to the end and worked really hard to get me what I wanted. Mike Cross was extremely helpful and explained everything very clearly and thoroughly. I just bought a Camry LXE today and love it! Mike Collins was a great salesman, and this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Mike was very patient through my indecisiveness about different options and gave me a great deal on my new car. Honda couldn't even get close to the deal I got at Weiss Toyota!
Today was my first experience with your Service Department when I brought in our 2017 Camry for six months service and it was outstanding. Our Service Advisor, Prinz Villar, was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous, answered all our questions, and we did not have to wait.
Best customer service around. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and persoanable.
