For almost a year I have been searching for a vehicle. I'd go test drive a car .. Fall in love with it only to get denied. Hi I had bought a car from Shane about a yr ago and kept telling him it was something wrong with my truck he then waited until my 30 day warranty to expire just to tell me it was nothing wrong with my car now my truck is not running right and it is still jerking like it was when I told him about it he stated again that now at this time my warranty expired so they can't look at it I'm super pissed off because now I'm paying for a truck note and I can't drive me car he is so wrong for selling me a damn lemon if he didn't have ... read more
Worked with Shane a finance manager, my situation kind of hairy. But God he came through! Blessed, excited, and grateful. Excellent service, no hassle buy. Didn't try to get over on a female buyer. Shout out to Weiss Toyota scion. Especially Thomas Plager and Jerry in the service department. Those two demonstrated great professionalism, knowledge, and customer service while working on my car and chasing down an electrical problem. I definitely recommend the Weiss service department for car repair needs.
I have changed my review. I now wait 1.5 to 2 hours just to get oil changed. Been denied warranty service. Always seems to "be something" when I take it in for maintenance. And today when I was in there to pick up warranty paperwork so I can get my Prius fixed elsewhere, one of the sales guys was telling "Jared from subway jokes". Real professional. Save yourself the hassle, and buy elsewhere. Still loyal to Toyota, just not Weiss Toyota.
Oh gosh! I absolutely love this place. Shane and Elaina were awesome! Elaina was so informative and helpful...I just love her! I would recommend this place to anyone!
To be honest I had a bad experience here years ago and I went to another dealer for my last scion, However this time I found a car I fell in love with and came back to try them out again since it had been 4 years. I was so impressed it was entirely different, Mike Collins was great! As a matter of fact everyone was so pleasant I will make it a point to make Weiss my dealership of choice. Not to mention I will return in a couple years to replace my original scion and I will seek Mike Collins out again! Thanks so much!!
