I have used this charger twice. the first time, it failed to start. luckily a Weev engineer was actually at the other bay and was able to force it. Today, failed to start again. a passing driver stopped to say that it had failed for them earlier the same day, and the person on the "support" line spent more time asking for my personal details than dealing with the issue, which consisted of remotely restarting the charger, ...which failed to fix the issue. they were happy to take money, though...
A bit of a trip around the neighbourhood to find the charger, but once you know the location, it’s in the centre of town. Toilets and a small coffee shop close by.
