The quality of service was excellent. The hammock arrived quickly and well within the estimated delivery time. Dave responded really quickly and helpfully to my questions on email. Unfortunately, I had to return it (my mistake, not theirs) and the refund was issued immediately. Note I can't comment on product quality because I never opened the box!
Fast delivery of my cocoon frame (out of stock in many places) and great customer service from David.
Purchased as a comfort addition to our campervan set up as we wanted something small, easy to set up and can be transported when space is always a premium. I wasn't disappointed upon receiving it, comes in a carry case, easy to erect and very good quality. The frame is really sturdy and well made. The only issue is I don't get to use it much as the eldest daughter and the wife take it in turns. We would have no hesitation in recommending both the company and their products.
