They buy your house cheap for cash for a quick sale, and then sell it on at a huge profit. If you need the cash, it’d be cheaper going to a bank. Awful. Stay away. Failed to capture the correct details of my house which led to months of regulatory delays and the buyer pulling out today. Savings gone. Forced now to make a cash sale. Should have just got a proper estate agent.
