After 6 years, we had a problem with a wheel on our Webb electric rotary lawnmower. Congratulations on offering a telephone number on your website, which I rang and found your assistants in both Customer Services and the Parts Department very helpful. The outcome is that the machine is now again "fit for the road" and I have taken the opportunity to order a new blade a very reasonable cost. Thank you for an excellent service.
Firstly, I must say that I am waiting for a definitive response from the retailer (Mole Valley, Stamford) who sold me this Webb 51cm self propelled mower. Mole Valley have been superb, especially Gerald and Kayleigh. They have been empathetic, supportive and proactive in trying to get Webb to rectify my issues. I was really happy with the mower that I purchased last year. Wer460sp. I have to run to keep up with it, far too fast and cannot regulate speed, oh dear, waste of money.
Excellent quality , very fast delivery great price , cuts better then my old Bosch
Bought an electric Webb mower. Poor quality components, flimsy plastic, clamps for the handle cracked after 3 months, customer services don't want to know and won't replace components. Wish I'd got a Bosch!
