Surprised they're still in business!! They came to do a job on our roof charged us a fortune and left the roof in a worse, leaky condition than when they started. Refused to do anything to repair their mistakes !!
From first contact with John we knew we were in professional hands. Very knowledgeable with good and honest advice. Weatherproof Maintenance were quick to respond with a site visit and subsequently getting work underway to repair my leaking roof. The repair work has been done to a high standard (and been well tested since) with frequent site visits from John during the job being done. I am very satisfied from the initial call to the completion of the work, which took three days, and the people involved. As an added confidence the work is guaranteed for five years. Well done
John came yesterday, gave us a quote, very good price, for completely taking the old flat roof off and replacing with a rubber roof, taking up last row of roof tiles to lift the slope to make sure the water ran away from the house and not backwards, which was the root the problem. Great customer service, great job, we are very pleased with result. Whould highly recommend him for any roofing work Ann Robinson.
