Being lucky enough to have Wear Homes as the letting agency for a rental property I was previously living in, I cannot reccommend them enough. Wear Homes were always more than happy to assist with any issue that arose at the property and the entire process of transferring to their agency and moving out of the rental property was quick and efficient. I have had 2 rented properties since 2023 with wear homes, I love this housing company they go above and beyond for their residents any issue I had they had a handy man for everything who was efficient in coming out atleast 24 hours after the call. I would recommend wear homes to anyone looking for a property in Sunderland as Jo-Anne and James are so accommodating with adorable rental prices. 5 stars as always!

I’ve loved living in there property for almost 4yrs I’ve never had any problems with the property and if I did wear homes were always there first hand immediately, I’m actually quite sad to be leaving it was a lovely street with lovely neighbours who will be missed.
From the very start Wear Homes have been amazing and in particular Joanne. If I had any issues at all (and to be fair there were very few issues with the property) Joanne was quick to respond and get things done. As landlords I could not fault them and the only reason I left the property was due to personal reasons, I would definitely recommend them. . Thanks for everything Joanne !!
