We have no words. Our bench has got to be the best one in our garden. We love how easy it was to order and the quality is outstanding. The inscription looks totally amazing and makes us smile each time we look out. Thank you for such a perfect service and update from start to end. You should be very proud of the service and of course the product produced.
I am so happy with my Wealden bench. It is exactly as described, very comfortable to sit on and looks lovely in the garden. I also bought the seat cushion in navy which just finishes it off perfectly. Ordering was easy and delivery quick. The only slight shame is the plaque I ordered in memory of my beloved doggie is fading a bit already - to be fair, the bench is sited in full sun so that probably is a factor. A minor detail in an otherwise very positive experience.
I waited some months whilst the bench I wanted was out of stock - I phoned a number of times and it seems the shipping container was delayed due to having to take a longer route (due to the situation in Europe!). I looked at others but I kept coming back to this one - I am now so glad I waited as the product is well made and looks really well in the garden.
