Accurate quote, no hassle and really good company to deal with. Turned up exactly as said and was in and out in under twenty minutes. They did not ask for any money until the glass was installed which was very a very nice change. Very impressed!

Communication dries up once you’ve paid your invoice. Dawn was quick with replies initially and I transferred the funds immediately once I was advised the problem had been fixed. I paid £150 for Ged to repair 2x tilt and turn windows with new toe and heel mechanisms. However, my tenants advised that the windows were unable to be opened only a few weeks later and Dawn did nothing but pass the blame on to them - saying they mustn’t know how to use the windows.
