After years of trying to figure out my journey of recovery, I’ve come back here; to my place of rehab. Namely a man named Frank who revered himself on coming from the Priory. On my last day, this man, knowing it was my last day, put his hand on my shoulder (having only met him 3 times) and said ‘do you really think this length of stay was enough’ and walked away, not even waiting for an answer. Terrible service! Understaffed, staff that are on shift aren’t qualified to sufficient standard, they lie about the services they provide, messed up peoples medications, missed medications altogether some days and falsified medical records as and when they checked on me!
