Absolutely fantastic! Response from Michael was immediate and everything was really transparent. Sophie (the person cleaning for us) was prompt, thorough and incorporated feedback very quickly. Highly recommended.
Unfortunately a bad experience with this company. The cleaner never turned up and the company was unable to provide an alternative despite me chasing regularly. Haven't had a bad customer service like this in a while.
Michael and Millie are great. They respond immediately to texts and return calls promptly. Millie cleans my house. She is detail oriented, thorough, hard working and professional.
