Put the car details in online - was quoted £175 (after the £50 transaction fee was taken off). I arrived and every small mark was taken down - I have no issue to this in principal, but, this then reduced the cars value (in WBACs eyes anyway!) to £75!! I mentioned that this seems a bit ridiculous for a perfectly well running car that had a few very minor cosmetic things (two small patches of rust and a small dent in one of the doors), but they said they needed to tell the dealer they sell it on to who would want to repair the... read more
