Easy process, quite a detailed inspection with a few very minor paint bemishes knocking off about 5% of the quoted price - including and engine video and test that had to be sent off (it was a Landrover Discovery Sport with the notorious 2.0 Ingenum engine) all passed OK and deal agreed which was more than the VW dealership had offered in Part exchange so went with WBAC. Daniel was very helpful and explained why the original online offer was not what I actually got. Not his fault that it is very misleading as no car is likely to be graded an 8 as showroom quality and get the full price offered! He was quick and thorough in his explanations and entering details on his laptop
