Really lovely lady. We got a good quote I was happy. No pressure to sell at all :)
I arranged a time slot and was immediately called by ramona to see if she could help , and to make sure I was ok and going to find the site depot . Upon arrival I was greeted by ramp a who went through checking my van and within minutes gave me a four day quote . I arrived the next day again ramona was on hand and I was pleased to know all things went on smoothly . I am pleased with the overall experience, it takes away the anxiety of trying to sell to a complete stranger who comes to my house
I sold my car with we buy any car, the car valuation was much less than what I expected, especially for a car like mine in perfect condition and all documents in order. I appreciated the gentleman (I forgot the name, italian like me)which conducted our selling process, professional, quick and easy to understand. I am not giving 5 stars for the low valuation but higly reccommend if you want no headache or struggle. Thanks.
