Sold the car today. Disappointed with the price but then there were a couple of tiny dents I forgot to mention and only told him when we got there so got a reduction for that I overheard a conversation with a would be client when they were advised NOT to make an appointment to view as it affected the offer price. When I queried it I was told that today's appointment had been cancelled and he'd put us down as walk ins so was able to offer a better price. I initially had doubts about We buy any car as I'd heard mixed reviews. However, my experience with Rafiq who is the Senior Expert Branch Manager at Romford (Gidea Park) was very good. I got a quote online that was great but when I took the car in, they offered lower than my desired price, so I walked away. Manager rude and buy the cars to himself He was lower our car value in order to buy it for himself . He was actually told us that he bought an audi tt for £300 for himself . Really unprofessional and rude. Must avoid
Second time I have sold a car with Raf the Senior Expert Branch Manager, he is always very welcoming, guides me through the process and makes the process easy. If you are busy and need to sell your car WBAC is great.
