Really poor service. Incorrectly told me my car was an insurance write off even though it had 2 owners and bought it from a dealership. Paid for a separate check myself to confirm what I knew, it wasn't a write off. Called them, no apology and couldn't give me a new quote over the phone even though they had all my info and documents, wanted me to go in again. Sold the car through Carwow who were brilliant.

Online quote was in excess of £17k, took my car. Was told it was immaculate, i.e. showroom condition and would be put forward as such. Discussed in detail factory fitted extras and finishes that would affect overall price. Absolute piss take! My car is just over a year old/ wasted our time taking it, there were 5 minuscule stone chips on the bonnet, otherwise the car is immaculate- they tried to knock £1300 off the original quoted price- I obv told them to stick it/ DONT trust them they will always knock you down!!! Fuming!!!!
