UPDATE: It gets worse! Offered £3460 on Friday evening and was told this valuation will last 4 days. I then received a text with a lower valuation less than an hour after my appointment. I called and the worker said I should ignore the new valuation, as the one he provided lasts 4 days. I spoke on the phone Monday morning to confirm the valuation is the same and I will receive the money then same day if bring proof of the finance being paid off. I arrived Monday and am told that I'd only receive £3160 for the car and they cannot do same day payment.
Excellent and efficient service ,the 2 gentlemen were very helpful
The process is very straight forward only took a short time and we received more for our vehicle than any other buyers.The member of staff that conducted the process was very professional and informative and a credit to the company.
